Kendrick Lamar is one of the most celebrated artists of this generation and for good reason. Since he first started releasing music, each album has captivated audiences with its production, raw lyricism and provided an insight into the life of Kendrick. I have been a fan of him since I was a kid and had become an avid fan of his music in 2021 when I really sat down with his 2017 record ‘DAMN’. After that, I listened to GKMC, TPAB and some tracks from Section 80. I remember the hype leading up the release of his 2022 album ‘Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers’ and absolutely fell in love with the record on release. My brother and I jumped at the chance to get tickets to see him in November at the O2 in London.
